10. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

– Healthisoon will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

11. Use of Cookies

– We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow the use of cookies, relevant personal information may be stored by us for our determined use.

12. Ownership and Reproduction

– All materials on the website are owned by us or licensed to us. These materials include but are not limited to, layout, design, look, appearance, graphics, and other content. 13. Payment and Charges

– Healthisoon will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website, such as a credit card or cash. If you pay applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to purchase.

14. Credit Card Transactions

– If you choose to pay by credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

15. Cancellation Policy

– To cancel your booking, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours written notice of cancellation sent to info@healthisoon.com. We reserve the right to levy a charge of up to AED 100 to cover relevant administrative expenses.

16. User Age Restriction

– Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website or transact on or use the website.

17. Communication

– Healthisoon may communicate via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or notifications for purposes including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.

18. Privacy

– Please review this site's Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to this site.

19. Method of Payment, Accepted Card Types, and Currency

– We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED or any other agreed-upon currency.

20. Refund/Return Policy

– Refunds will be issued only through the Original Mode of Payment. Healthisoon shall not be responsible if communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete contact details provided by the individual.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

– Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
