REFUND POLICY
At Healthisoon, by Regency Home Healthcare Center LLC, we strive to provide excellent services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent handling of refund requests.

1. Grounds for Refund
Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis and solely based on verifiable facts pertaining to the individual case. Fully refunds will be provided for the following circumstances:

Mistaken denominations in payments

Any other instance where the refund is agreed upon by our management.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients have the option to cancel their bookings within 3 hours of payment confirmation without incurring any charges. However, cancellations made after the 3-hour window from the payment confirmation will be subject to full charges.
3. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment used during the initial transaction. We do not offer cash or cheque refunds under any circumstances to ensure security and accuracy.
4. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once a refund request is approved, the refund process will take approximately 20-30 days. We endeavor to process refunds promptly, but the timeframe may vary based on external factors.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must submit a formal refund request along with sufficient evidence to support their claim. Our team will review the request and respond in a timely manner.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
This refund policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or revisions will be posted on our website, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the policy.
