Nurse or Caregiver task:
•The caregiver or the nurse assist the elderly in Daily routines, such as bathing, eating, diaper changing, position changing and moving.
•Check of vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure)
•Remind of medical appointment times and accompanying the patient to the doctor
•Give medication.
•Managing tubes (nasogastric or NGT tube, tracheotomy, gastric or G tube)
•patients’ safety observation from falling.
